I came across an article and found out that his family came from the same region of Carpathian Mountains in Eastern Europe as mine. It's the same area artist Andy Warhol's family came from. His great grandfather Vasil met and married his great grandmother Anna in McKees Rocks, Pa. and they lived in Sharon for a while.
